Day to Day Maintenance
Looking for someone to be a little more hands on?
Day to Day maintenance could involve entering AP or AR. Sending you reminders on who needs to be paid, outstanding customer payments, or uploading/coding receipt copies.

Billed at an hourly rate of $35/hour

Monthly Reconcilation
Monthly reconciliations involve balancing bank accounts, credit cards, PayPal, Income streams (like Etsy, Square, etc.) and making sure all GST/HST is recorded properly.

We can also handle any USD bank reconciliations.

Quarterly Reconcilation
Quarterly reconciliations are similar to monthly, but done only 4 times a year. Usually just before your GST/HST payments are due.
Both Monthly & Quarterly involve getting everything ready for Year End and tax season.
We will make sure everything balances from all income/payment sources before you hand over to your accountant
